1. Data Collection

Data from mere browsing. Just by browsing and visiting the website (“Website”) of Air Go Express Group, S.L. (“Air Go”), no user identification data (“Users”) is automatically recorded. However, certain information is collected and recorded in Air Go’s systems, such as Internet browser type, operating system used, IP address from which access to the Website pages is made, solely to enhance the User browsing experience and manage the Website itself.

Access to Situations where Data may be Requested:

In addition to mere browsing, and to access certain information or to use specific content or services on the Website, Air Go may require certain personal data from the User (which may include, primarily, name and surname, email address, company data, etc.). In these cases, Air Go will provide the User with the necessary information before processing their data.

The User may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability, where applicable, regarding the processing for which Air Go is responsible, by written request to the company, verifying their identity and indicating the right they wish to exercise.
